Cloud IX Balloon Bar & Event Rentals is based out of Middletown, Delaware and serves the entire stare of Delaware and surrounding areas, including the Philadelphia region and Delaware beaches.

No. We only have minimum on full event balloon installations that require installation and delivery. The minimum is $250. For DIY or budget friendly options we offer grab and go pre-made balloon garlands, back drop rentals and more! Pick up from our Middletown, DE storefront.

We always say the sooner the better! We want to ensure that we have the availability to accommodate your event and the colors to match your vision.

We use the high-quality USA made latex balloons. These latex are made of a natural rubber and are 100% biodegradable. 
We are an advocate smart balloon practices! Please keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.
We currently offer air filled AND helium balloons at the Balloon Bar.

We use the highest quality balloon on the market. Indoor balloon garlands can last up to a month or longer if kept away from direct sunlight and hot/cold outdoor weather conditions. 
Please keep in mind that balloons will be balloons. You may experience balloons popping due to weather, children or pets, different surfaces, etc. We will always replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup but are not responsible for anything once we leave.

Grab & Go garlands are fully constructed balloon garlands ranging from 4 to 8 feet with you color choices. Prices start at $20 per foot which includes hanging materials and instructions. 
We also offer grab and go helium arrangements, party poles, balloon marquees and more! Be sure to shop our balloon pick up options!

We always recommend looking for existing anchor points first such as staircase banister, mantle, existing hooks, etc. We do provide hanging materials and instructions with all Grab & Go Garland purchases.

Yes, from chiara panel backdrops to go with your balloon garland, chair rentals, flower and shimmer walls, children’s table, table décor and more! Visit our rental page or stop in store to check out what we have in our warehouse behind the Bar!

If you would reserve rentals please use the contact form to inquire and we will get back to you ASAP. Most rentals are pick-up however we do deliver certain items. Please let us know if you will need delivery service in the contact form. Pick up is at our storefront in Middletown, Delaware. 

Yes, a 20% deposit is required to start a booking and reserve your date.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 5 days of your booking date. We will happily apply your deposit to a future booking.
